Highlights

A company claimed a mistake in its bid and requested review of the agency's denial of its request for relief. The bidder was entitled to relief since the error was substantiated by worksheets showing that an item was omitted from the cost estimate, and relief was not precluded because the bid was in line with the Government's estimate and other bids on that item.
