Challenge to Eligibility for Contract Award as Regular Dealer

The protester challenged the awardee's eligibility for award, stating that it was not a regular dealer under the Walsh-Healey Public Contracts Act. Since the Small Business Administration certified the firm as eligible for award and such certification is not subject to GAO review, the protest was dismissed.
