Decision on Entitlement to Overtime Compensation for Time at Remote Worksites during Adverse Weather Conditions

This document concerns a Congressional letter in which GAO was asked about their decision regarding wage grade employees of the Department of the Air Force who were not entitled to overtime compensation under either the statutory authority for overtime for wage board employees, or under the Fair Labor Standards Act, for time they were restricted to remote worksites due to adverse weather conditions.
