Highlights

Reconsideration was requested of denial of an employee's claim for reimbursement of travel expenses incurred as part of a house hunting trip incident to a proposed transfer. The employee's explanation of her action in declining the transfer did not change the basis for the former decision that, since she declined the transfer, she may not be reimbursed for expenses incident to travel to the new station.
