Reconsideration of Claims for Mileage and Additional Compensation

An employee requested reconsideration of his claim for additional compensation while performing higher level duties, for mileage between his residence and place of duty, and for parking fees. The employee failed to sustain the burden of proof to support his claim that he performed higher level duties. Since the employee was not in a temporary duty status, the place of work was his official duty station, and travel expenses to it cannot be reimbursed.
