Request for Reconsideration of Prior Decision

Reconsideration was requested of a prior decision denying a request for review of a contract award by an Urban Mass Transit Administration grantee. Although the matter was pending in U.S. District Court, the claimant contended that the merits of its case should be considered. The court's order of October 25, 1977, constituted a final adjudication of the matter, and such court action barred further consideration by GAO.
