Procurement Set Aside for Small Business

The protester objected to the award of a contract under the Small Business Administration 8(a) program. Whether a procurement should be set aside under section 8(a) of the Small Business Act and whether a concern is eligible for and is meeting the objectives of the 8(a) program are not matters for consideration by GAO under its bid protest procedures.
