Highlights

The contract awardee requested reformation of its contract on the basis of mistakes in the bid alleged after contract award. The contract reformation was not allowed since the contracting officer had called to the bidder's attention the variance between their bid and the only other bid prior to award. The contract was not unconscionable since the difference between the low bid and the Government estimate was not so great that the Government could be said to be "obviously getting something for nothing."
