A decision was requested concerning a part-time employee's entitlement to annual leave. Since the employee established a regular tour of duty by completing a form scheduling his work at specific times and dates for each of the 2 workweeks of the next pay period, he was entitled to annual leave benefits on a pro rata basis. The fact that he may not have scheduled work at the same time and on corresponding days of the 2 workweeks of each pay period did not defeat that entitlement.
