Determination of Contractor Eligibility as "Regular Dealer"

The company protested the determination that it was not a " regular dealer" under the Walsh-Healey Act and was ineligible for contract award. Responsibility for this determination rests with the contracting agency and is subject to review by the Secretary of Labor; the protest was not considered.
