The travel voucher account of Major Ram M. Sarda, Finance and Accounting Officer, U.S. Army Aviation Center and School, Fort Rucker, Alabama was reviewed. GAO examined 312 temporary duty and permanent change of station travel vouchers, selected statistically, and found five erroneous payments described in the enclosure. The review was made without the benefit of source documents.
