Procurement by the Government of Egypt

The protester objected to any award made under an invitation for bids issued by the Government of Egypt pursuant to a loan agreement with the Agency for International Development. Since this procurement by the Government of Egypt is neither a Federal procurement nor procurement involving Federal grant funds, it is not subject to review by GAO.
