A Reconsideration of Original Denial of Relief Request

Reconsideration was requested of a decision denying relief for a post-award allegation of a mistake in the bid, on the grounds that the Veterans Administration made a verbal agreement with the contractor that the cost difference would be paid. At no time did the contractor show that the contract can be considered invalid or that it was improperly verified; therefore, the denial was sustained. (SS)
