Question Concerning Small Business Size Status of Low Bidder

Company protested the proposed award of a contract for replacement of steam and condensate ducts and lines at Mare Island and Naval Shipyard, alleging that the apparent low bidder is ineligible since the procurement is a small business set-aside. Questions concerning small business size status are not matters for consideration by GAO.
