Request for Review of Air Force Cost Analysis

Company requested a reconsideration of a decision concerning the award of a total small business set-aside procurement for laundry services at McGuire Air Force Base. The contract was awarded to the Department of the Army after a cost analysis performed by the Air Force indicated that Fort Dix could perform the services more economically than the commercial firms that submitted bids. The request for reconsideration was premised solely upon the possibility that the Air Force cost analysis may have been erroneous. Since the contract award was legal and no errors of law or fact are alleged, the prior decision was affirmed. (SW)
