Protest of Cancellation of Small Business Set-Aside

Two companies protested the cancellation and reprocurement award of a small business set-aside contract on the grounds that bidder prices were unreasonably high. The protests were denied since price reasonableness determinations are business judgments and no abuse of such judgment was apparent in this case.
