Sole-Source Award for Receiver System

Watkins-Johnson Company protested sole-source award to R.E. Grimm Company by the Air Force Security System and alleged that sole-source procurement violated regulations requiring maximum competition. The protester did not make clear showing that the sole-source award was unjustified when side by side comparison was made of protester's and awardee's products. (RS)
