Government Personnel Involvement in Subcontractor Selection

Ramtek Corporation protested the award of two subcontracts by Simulation Products Division of Singer Company under Navy contracts. The Navy advised that neither of the subcontracts was for the Government, and Government personnel did not participate in the selection of subcontractors. No basis was found for Ramtek's allegations.
