Protest of Award of Laundry Service Contract

A protest based on an erroneous cost analysis was made to the award of a laundry service contract by the Department of the Army. It was determined that the award was legal and the protest was denied, but a letter was sent to the Secretary of the Air Force requesting further analysis. (HW)
