A Certifying Officer of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, questioned the propriety of reimbursing a summer recreation aid for expenses incurred by children on a recreation trip. The employee may only be reimbursed for her own travel expenses, since each traveler is required to sign a voucher to claim reimbursement. Expenses may be reimbursed if a multiple-person travel voucher is approved.
