Request for Travel Payments for Temporary Duty and Home Leave Including Travel for Dependents

An employee of the Bureau of Land Management claimed travel payments for temporary duty and home leave which included travel for his family at different times and outside of his actual residence. The employee was permitted home leave benefits under these conditions, and may combine annual leave with temporary duty, but reimbursement must not exceed costs of travel to the employee's residence.
