Unpaid Compensation, Lost Payroll

The Director, Finance Department, Navy Regional Finance Center, forwarded for settlement claims for wages. Seven Vietnamese nationals claimed compensation for employment at the Defense Attache Office in Saigon. Although payroll records were lost and a portion of the payroll was paid, the claims were considered payable.
