Retroactive Adjustment of Subsistence Allowance

Reconsideration was requested of a settlement that denied reimbursement of prepaid rent forfeited as the result of the termination of temporary duty assignment. The employee was not entitled to reimbursement in excess of per diem. Retroactive approval on actual expense basis was not proper. The claim was disallowed.
