Settlement of Unexpired Lease of a Transferred Employee

A transferred employee requested reimbursement for 5 months' rent until sublease of apartment, following payment for an unexpired lease term of 7 months. The employee may not be reimbursed because he left household goods in the former apartment for 5 months and failed to make an outstanding effort to rent the apartment.
