Payment of Expenses for Bar Review Course, Bar Examination, and Court Admission

Payment was requested of expenses incurred by an ICC employee for taking a bar review course, bar examination, and bar admission fee. Payment to the employee for costs of taking the bar examination and bar admission would be improper, but taking a bar review course would constitute training and payment for costs would be proper.
