Temporary Lodging Allowance

A request was made for determination of the propriety of payment of an employee's reclaim voucher for payment of temporary lodging allowance for periods during which he was on temporary duty and received a per diem allowance. The employee's claim was authorized with the determination that prohibitions against duplicate subsistence payments do not apply to temporary lodging allowances.
