Evacuation, Reimbursement for Advance Payments on Quarters

Former civilian employees of the Defense Attache Office claimed reimbursement for advance payments on quarters rented at the time of evacuation from Saigon, Vietnam. Claims supported by receipts or payroll records may be paid where termination of the lease is impossible or impracticable.
