Agency Action With Regard to Correction in Bid

Highlights

A company objected to the award of a contract to any other firm, contending that it should have been allowed to correct its bid and should have been awarded the contract. The revised prices represented a recalculation based on factors not considered by the bidder until after the original bid was prepared and submitted rather than an error in bid. The evidence did not jusitfy correction of the bid, but there was sufficient basis to allow withdrawal of the original bid.
