Reconsideration of Environmental Differential for Cold Work

The Civil Serivce Commission requested review of a prior decision which held that environmental differential for cold work must be paid notwithstanding the furnishing of protective clothing to the employee. The prior decision was reaffirmed because the work was performed under the circumstances listed in Appendix J, F.P.M. Supplement 532-1.
