Highlights

Two protesters against a proposed contract award contended that the agency solicited bids under the wrong classification and synopsized the procurement under the wrong heading. The classification "light truck" as opposed to "ambulance" was in accordance with the agency's traditional use. Reprocurement was not warranted since there was no deliberate exclusion of the protesters, and adequate competition and reasonable prices were obtained.
