Claims Previously Settled by Litigation in Court of Claims

A military member claimed entitlement to receive active duty pay and allowances, including flight pay, from 1951 to the present at 6% interest, contending that he has never resigned, retired, nor been legally discharged. These claims were previously settled by litigation in the Court of Claims and, thus, are not for consideration by GAO.
