A Federal employee requested reconsideration of the disallowance of his claim for reimbursement of moving expenses incurred incident to his transfer from Okinawa to the continental United States. Reconsideration was not possible because no material mistake of law or of fact was alleged or proven with regard to the previous decision. The decisions of the Comptroller General are final and conclusive on the executive branch of the Government and may not be reviewed by the President as requested by the claimant.
