Entitlement of Court-Martialed Member to Pay and Allowances

A decision was requested with regard to a court-martialed member's entitlement to pay and allowances after he was erroneously transferred for additional training rather than being released from training. The member is entitled to pay and allowances for the period subsequent to termination of training, except as forfeited under the court martial sentence.
