Refusal of Agency To Extend Closing Date for Receipt of Proposals

The protester objected to the refusal of the agency to extend the closing date for the receipt of best and final offers. Since the protest was filed with GAO after the closing date for the offers, the protest was untimely and not for consideration on its merits.
