Request for Reconsideration of Claim for Within-Grade Step Increase

An employee requested reconsideration of the denial of his claim for a retroactive within-grade step increase and backpay because he had already received an equivalent increase incident to implementation of P.L. 92-392. Since the Civil Service Commission determined that the employee was given an equivalent within-grade step increase even though he was previously reduced in grade, the disallowance of the claim was sustained.
