Claim for Restoration of Forfeited Annual Leave

A decision was requested concerning a claim for restoration of 56 hours of accrued annual leave that was forfeited and a lump sum settlement therefor. The employee forfeited the annual leave in order to be eligible for disability retirement as of January 1; he is not entitled to payment for the accrued leave.
