Highlights

An employee requested reconsideration of her claim for backpay, alleging that she was discriminated against in the promotion of another employee and contending that she was entitled to a retroactive promotion and backpay. There was no evidence that the employee was discriminated against because of her sex or that she suffered unjustified personnel actions. She was not entitled to backpay because employees are entitled only to the salary of the position they hold, regardless of the duties they perform.
