Highlights

The protester objected to the award of a contract, alleging that it offered the lowest price and should have been awarded the contract. The protester's allegation of biased evaluation of the proposals was not supported since the agency made a mistake in computing the other offeror's prices, and the mistake appeared to have been inadvertent. However, deficiencies in the solicitation with regard to evaluation criteria to be used were brought to the attention of the Secretary of the Air Force to prevent their recurrence.
