Highlights
The protester requested reconsideration of a decision denying its request for an upward price adjustment in its contract because of misdirection of a notice of a mistake in the bid. The procuring activity had not designated its Base Communications Center as the place for receipt of written notice of bid errors merely because all of its telegraphic messages were routed through the Center. The prior decision denying the price adjustment on the basis that notice of the bid mistake was not received until after the award was made and that the contracting officer was not on notice of the mistake was sustained.
