Payment of Relocation Administrative Expenses by State of Montana

A contract providing for relocation of certain Federal electric power transmission lines at the request and expense of the State to accommodate construction of an interstate highway was questioned. The contract providing for State reimbursement of actual relocation costs was proper, but indirect expenses to be charged to the State should be enumerated and documented in the contract.
