Request for Correction of Contract Price Because of Alleged Bid Error

A company requested correction of its contract on the basis of an error in the bid price alleged after the award. Correction may not be permitted since the difference between the low bid, the next low bid, and the Government estimate were not so great as to have placed the contracting officer on constructive notice of the possibility of a bid error.
