Highlights

Reconsideration was requested of decisions which would affect travel allowances of the crew of a vessel whose home port was changed from Miami, Florida, to Seattle, Washington. Personnel who were notified of the change while on duty aboard ship in Seattle may be reimbursed for round-trip travel from Seattle to Miami to attend to transportation of vehicles, household goods, and families, and to the sale of residences. Decisions contrary to this conclusion will not be followed.
