Claim for Attorney's Fees Incurred in Real Estate Transaction

A transferred employee requested reconsideration of the denial of reimbursement of a portion of attorney's fees incurred in the purchase of a residence at the new duty station. The employee may be reimbursed for the fee since the fee for review of documents was reasonably related to the purchase, and the employee was required as buyer to pay the fee.
