Highlights

The protester objected to the omission of its name from the applicable bidder's mailing list and requested that the procurement be resolicited so that it might bid. The inadvertent omission of the protester from the mailing list was not a compelling reason to cancel the solicitation or to question the award since there was no evidence of conscious or deliberate effort to preclude the protester from competing and since adequate competition resulted in reasonable prices.
