Member's Claim for Administrative Function Pay

An Army Reserve member appealed the disallowance of his claim for administrative function pay. His claim may not be allowed since there was no official showing that he either commanded a separate unit requiring the performance of administrative functions or performed administrative functions of a subordinate unit.
