Request for Waiver of Overpayment of Pay

An employee appealed the denial of his request for waiver of erroneous overpayments of pay. He left one agency to accept a position with another agency and continued to receive salary payments from both agencies for two pay periods. The employee did not inquire into the correctness of the payments; the overpayments cannot be waived since the employee was not without fault.
