Employee Who Shipped Mobile Home Not Entitled to Reimbursement of Real Estate Expenses

A transferred employee appealed the denial of his claim for reimbursement of real estate expenses incurred in construction of a residence at his new duty station. The denial was sustained since the employee had shipped his mobile home to the new station at government expense and lived in it for over a year.
