Subcontract Award Not Reviewable

The designated subcontractor under an Army contract protested against the contracting officer's approval of another subcontractor for additional work under the contract. The subcontractor selection was not reviewable since the Government's only role was in approval of the award, and there were no allegations of fraud or bad faith in the action.
