Reconsideration of Protest Questioning Evaluation of Proposal
Highlights
A company requested reconsideration of a decision denying its protest against award of a contract, contending that the agency did not properly apply its evaluation formula. The location of the protester's repair facilities was adequately considered, and the protester failed to prove that its indefinite offer of microwave services was improperly evaluated. The contention that the successful bidder gained a cost advantage by being allowed to have a local office on Government property was not reasonable since the solicitation allowed for such facilities. There was no improper transfer of information to the successful offeror, and allegations concerning the successful bidder's responsibility were not considered.
