Highlights

A subcontractor objected to the wage decision for electricians issued by the Department of Labor under the Davis-Bacon Act, alleging that the wage determination did not reflect the prevailing wages paid in the subcontract area and that evidence furnished the Department of Labor regarding prevailing wage rates was not correct. The protest was not considered in view of the Supreme Court decision precluding judicial review of prevailing wage determinations issued by the Secretary of Labor.
